Since 1998, Just 1 Taste has been proudly serving the greater St. Louis & surrounding areas. The Owners, Jerome & La Tonya Buggs are both native St. Louisans who believe we all must work to support ourselves, but the journey should be rewarding and surround something that we’re passionate about, therefore providing plenty to look forward to daily. Fortunately, Jerome discovered his passion of cooking at the age of 6 when his grandmother scooted a chair over to the stove on Mother’s Day and had him cook his Mom’s eggs for her breakfast in bed. The look on his mom's face when she enjoyed her meal forever changed his life! Jerome says “
